Let’s Talk, Aging! Emerging Professionals in the Aging Services Discuss the Future of Senior Living

Emerging Professionals are the Future of Long-Term Care

In the Aging Services, the growing needs of Long-Term Care is a hot topic. The solutions that the field develops today are our responsibility to carry out tomorrow.

With this in mind, I was interested in learning more about the ideas and ongoing projects of emerging professionals in the field to see how they would address these growing demands.

The conversation I had with Nichole Kain the founder of Home and Place Project: rethinking the built environment and Nathan Lamaster the founder and owner of  SMART CEUs Hub, LLC, was both insightful and encouraging.

Both panel members are knowledgeable of the trends in senior living and have designed creative solutions that seek to address the needs of older adults.
